About the event
Drumming for wellness allows you to speak using your drum. We start with vocal toning using an ancient Chinese method. We then move on to drumming, which allows you a chance to get those feelings out without talking about them. We end with a sound therapy using pocket gongs and a large gong. Suggested donation is $10.00 which goes to the Adaptive Outdoor Education Center. If you would like to donate at the event type in $0.00 on the registration page.
